Senior Buyer:Ā Terrepower is seeking a Senior Buyer to work out of our Orlando office. The Senior Buyer is responsible for the on-time delivery of all aftermarket and production products. Key success factors for the Senior Buyer will be ensuring timely delivery, improving forecasting and fulfillment efficiency, and driving improved supplier relationships to meet operational goals. Collaborate with team members and management to build strong forecasts and solid supply lines into all areas of the aftermarket and remanufacturing business.Ā

Responsibilities:Ā
- Strong experience in ERP systems.
- Experience in using MRP recommendations and demand planning tools
- Initiate and distribute purchase orders for All Star products
- Monitor and maintain order quantities and purchase orders to ensure rate and flow
- Follow up and escalate issues or disruptions in supply chain
- Demonstrable experience managing vendor relationships and performance.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory records and provide guidance and forethought to suppliers and leaders of the organization.Ā
- Analyze and troubleshoot key metrics utilizing TableauĀ
- Drive a Continuous Improvement between suppliers and facilitiesĀ
- Comply with safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard free environment
- Manage key metrics for on time delivery of suppliersĀ
- Monitor expenditures on purchases of materials to ensure cost controls are in place and remain within budget amounts.Ā
- Maintain compliance all with Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
Preferred Experience:Ā
- At least 3 years of supplier management experience in a fast paced, high-performing, industrial environmentĀ
- Strong knowledge of Just In Time delivery process and orderingĀ
- Experience with KPIās, Lean, Continuous improvement and EHS principles.Ā
- Knowledge/ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures, and drive discipline to adhere to.Ā

- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head.Ā
- Walking in the warehouse and around area with great frequency; facilities are over a quarter mile in length.
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations.
