Job DetailsJob Location: Top Shelf Exhibits - Orlando, FL 32809Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 HourlyWarehouse Specialist Top Shelf Exhibits, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and the preparation of exhibit materials for trade shows. This role involves organizing inventory, staging and receiving exhibit properties, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Duties Help organize the warehouse as instructed by Operations Manager Handle commonly used items (furniture, aluminum frames, graphics, TV screens, cords, and cables). Receiving or preparing to ship occasional FedEx/UPS packages Support other warehouse personal when called for to setup/stage projects in the warehouse. Preparation of exhibit properties and materials for trade shows according to supplied project/pack lists. Receiving of exhibit properties and materials back from shows. Inspection for damages, restocking of supplies Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times Other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications Prior experience in tradeshow production and/or tradeshow exhibits industry preferred Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Carpentry experience is preferred Mechanical aptitude Must be able to work both independently and as a member of an extended team
