As a Stylist (Sales Associate) you are more than a sales professional.  You are a trusted advisor, fit expert, and brand ambassador who brings out "#RUOBSESSED?" Selling Program to life in every customer interaction.

Through genuine curiosity, product education, and personalized recommendations, you will help customers discover products that fit their lifestyle and everyday needs.  By embracing our "Step Into Style" approach, you will create inspiring shopping experiences that build confidence, foster loyalty, and suppost store sales and goals.

Deliver Results:

• Achieve personal sales and key performance goals.
• Drive revenue growth through exceptional service, relationship building, and personalized recommendations.
• Utilize Cole Haan's "#RUOBSESSED?" Selling Program to uncover customer needs, build meaningful connections, and deliver personalized solutions.
• Assist the leadership team in executing store initiatives that support profitablility and business objectives.

Serve as a Stylist:

• Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently embodying Cole Haan's standards for appearance, professionalist, and customer engagement.
• Guide customers through the "Step into Style" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations across product categories and creating head-to-toe solutions that reflect their lifestyle and individual style.
• Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs.
• Stay informed on Cole Haan's seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer.

Create Extraordinary Customer Experiences:

• Consistently uphold Cole Haan's valuses by putting the customer first, active with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering experiences that inspire confidence. 
• Leverage fit expertise, product knowledge, and styiling acument to provide personalized solutions that meet customers' lifestyle and wardrobe needs.
• Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and long-term brand advocacy through authentic engagement and follow-up.

Support Store Operations:

• Adhere to company policies and procedures & notify management of any infractions.
• Contrinute positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment.
• Follow all operational, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures.
• Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience.
• Support store operations through receiving & processing shipment and sales floor replenishment.
• Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing.
• Execute all housekeeping tasks.

• Part-Time Position

• Ability to confidently provide style guidance, wardrobe-building recommendations, and support customers by thoughtfully addressing questions or objections.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to operate POS systems and perform basic retail operations.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation/demonstrate reliable attendance.
• Accepts feedback for individual development and makes necessary performance corrections at the direction of store management.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and move throughout the sales floor.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds regularly and up tot 50 pounds occasionally.
