Equipment Operator

Position Summary:

As an Equipment operator, you will operate heavy equipment to move materials from one location to another. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

You will operate the Skid Steer, bucket loader and tractor trailer throughout the property as follows:

• Move chips from a trailer to a silo using the skid steer.
• Transport the chips in the tractor trailer from the yard to the silos.
• Must work Overtime during winter months as required.
• Transport hazardous waste.
• Perform mechanical repairs to equipment as needed. 
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
• Minimum one (1) year experience of operating equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Must be able to work effectively with other team members.

• Must be able to walk, stand, climb, crawl, and lift heavy objects.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21 to $25, depending on experience.
