Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company van to transport items and material between buildings and locations.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and shipments.
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, or other equipment.
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production or shipping areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Properly label, package, and store materials.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and requirements.
- Perform inventory and work order transactions in Oracle to ensure transactional and inventory accuracy are achieved. Complete paperwork, inventory transactions, and computer-based records as needed.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
- Work with warehouse, production, shipping, and purchasing teams.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material-handling experience preferred.
- Forklift certification may be required or provided by the employer.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Basic computer and inventory-system skills.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a physically demanding environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or other formal training in related field preferred.
At least two years of related experience required.Â

Physical Requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to lift materials commonly weighing 25–50+ pounds, depending on the facility.
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely.
- Ability to operate and drive company shuttle van.
Must wear required PPE /safety gear, such as goggles and gloves, when handling box cutters or similar tools.Â

For candidates based in Minnesota: The pay range is $17.12 - $29.09 hourly, non-exempt plus shift differential, if applicable.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
