The Recruiter seeks, interviews, and evaluates job candidates for available positions. They advise Human Resources and hiring personnel regarding consideration and selection of candidates. Ideal Candidate Profile Strong interviewing and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Solid decision-making skills Ability to build trust and maintain professional confidentiality A passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities Key Responsibilities: Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases, social media, and referrals. Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations. Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews and onboard employees Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports. Track employee compliance with health screenings and TB requirements. Coordinate college and community recruiting efforts. Keep job postings and openings updated. Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed. Promote the company as a great place to work. Education/Qualifications Prior experience or education in Human Resource Management, Business or related area is strongly preferred. Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Specialized training in employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, and recruitment, preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards.  Must provide proof of auto insurance.
