Position Overview
Progressive Safety, an Examinetics Company, is seeking a highly capable, relationship-driven Regional Manager - Construction Field Operations to help lead our growing field organization and support our clients and safety professionals across multiple construction projects and markets.
This position will work closely with Progressive Safety's Director of On-Site Safety Operations and serve as an extension of company leadership in the field.
This is not a traditional Safety Manager position focused solely on technical safety responsibilities. It is primarily a people, client, and operations leadership role within the construction safety industry.
The right individual will have a strong construction background, solid safety knowledge, excellent judgment, and an exceptional ability to work with people. We are looking for someone who can develop trusted relationships with field employees and clients, solve problems, manage difficult situations, recognize opportunities, and ultimately take ownership of day-to-day field operations across multiple projects.
Candidates with backgrounds such as Project Manager, Superintendent, Field Manager, Safety Manager, Construction Operations Manager, or similar construction leadership roles may be an excellent fit.
What We Are Looking For

- Strong construction experience and a practical understanding of active jobsites.
- Enough safety knowledge to communicate credibly with experienced safety professionals and client leadership.
- Able to build trust with employees while still maintaining authority and accountability.
- Comfortable interacting with everyone from field employees and superintendents to project executives and senior safety leadership.
- Proactive and naturally inclined to identify and solve problems before they escalate.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and managing different personalities.
- Strong judgment and able to determine when to solve an issue independently versus when leadership should be involved.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple employees, projects, clients, and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly flexible and comfortable with frequent travel.
- Coachable and willing to learn Progressive Safety's approach before operating independently.
