What Will You Do?

As a Life Operations Associate you will be responsible for processing various administrative tasks in a prompt, accurate, and efficient manner in support of the Life Department. We are seeking individuals who are successful at multi-tasking and working with details in a fast-paced environment, have a strong technical aptitude with a desire to innovate in order to provide solutions to our customers, and the drive to contribute in a results-oriented team.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED
Minimum of one year general business environment experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service.
Strong computer skills with the proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and/or personnel information.

This position is located in our Owatonna, MN office location.

Life Operations Associate pay range is $21.60 - $26.40. Starting salary will be $21.60 per hour.
