Supervises production or warehouse operations in one or more departments or functional areas. Implements and administers organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations. Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions. Assigns staff to tasks based on availability or expertise. Monitors team or department efficiency and ensures that output meets expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the production lines or areas by planning and directing work to assigned crews while ensuring production and quality specifications are being met safely and efficiently
  • Additional Duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees. Limited authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, time is often spent completing the similar tasks as the subordinate employees.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience.
