- Manage the production lines or areas by planning and directing work to assigned crews while ensuring production and quality specifications are being met safely and efficiently

Qualifications
- Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. Leads and directs the work of other employees. Limited authority for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, or disciplinary actions, time is often spent completing the similar tasks as the subordinate employees.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience.
