The Staff Pad has partnered with a growinghealthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to hire experienced and dependableExecutive Administrative Assistants to support the Administrative Team. Thisrole focuses on providing efficient secretarial support while delegating,organizing, prioritizing, and managing a variety of projects and day-to-dayresponsibilities.

Schedule: Full-Time | PRN | Days

What You’ll Do

Along with supervising the Departmental Secretary, the Executive Administrative Assistant will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinatemeetings for the CEO, CFO, and CNO
  • Screen visitors, provide assistance, managephone calls and messages
  • Sort and distribute mail and respond toinquiries
  • Maintain records and filing systems
  • Coordinate with external contacts forinformation and meetings
  • Assist with planning offsite events
  • Prepare executive meeting notices andreports
  • Manage conference room schedules andorder supplies
  • Prepare expense reports and Board ofTrustees documentation
  • Coordinate executive travel and preparecorrespondence
  • Serve as Notary Public and assist withInvestor Meetings
  • Address departmental inquiries andcoordinate cross-department activities
  • Organize physician interviews and managecopier supplies

What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of clerical experience in business or healthcare

Additional Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency in typing, English, computers, and office procedures
  • Strong public and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow departmental standards
  • Emotional maturity and ability to perform under pressure
