Joining our team means becoming part of an organization dedicated to quality, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact鈥攐ne smile at a time. 聽 Position Summary The Procurement Specialist manages day-to-day purchasing, inventory, supplier coordination, and documentation while maintaining alignment with Catalis Dental Lab Partners procurement standards. The role helps ensure material availability, accurate inventory, cost control, and uninterrupted laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities 路聽 聽Manage the procurement of dental materials, supplies, equipment, and services through approved vendors and purchasing systems. 路聽 聽Maintain inventory accuracy within Zimbis, including item setup, vendor information, pricing, stock levels, and inventory optimization. 路聽 聽Monitor inventory availability, open orders, backorders, shortages, and substitutions to ensure uninterrupted production. 路聽 聽Conduct month-end inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate inventory reports. 路聽 聽Oversee purchase order, invoice, packing slip, and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and timely 聽聽payment processing. 路聽 聽Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring pricing, delivery performance, product availability, and service levels. 路聽 聽Track spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, report pricing or supply risks, and support approved product substitutions. 路聽 聽Continuously improve purchasing, receiving, and inventory control processes while partnering with Operations, Production, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications & Requirements 路聽 聽Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or related operations. 路聽 聽Preferred background in dental laboratory, healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or similar environments. 路聽 聽Knowledge of inventory, ERP, purchasing, or procurement systems; Zimbis experience is a plus. 路聽 聽Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 路 聽聽Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 路聽 聽Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments. 路聽 聽Understanding of inventory control, supplier management, process improvement, and cost-control practices. 路 聽聽Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, or equivalent experience preferred. 路 聽聽Familiarity with dental laboratory materials and vendor networks is a plus.
