As a Infant /Toddler Teacher, you will:
- Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for young children to learn, play and growÂ
- Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, working with Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can Learn, Play and Grow.
- Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your center’s success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.

- Have CDA and DCF Forty Five hours?
- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have one year or more professional teaching experience (preferred)Â
