Job Summary The Performance Management Specialist will lead and manage the company’s performance evaluation process. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving performance review systems that align with our organizational goals, promoting employee development, and ensuring fairness and transparency. FTE:  Modified F/T - 32 hours/wk Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Duties/Responsibilities Design and Implement Performance Management Programs Develop and maintain performance evaluation frameworks, tools, and timelines that support the company’s culture and goals Coordinate Performance Review Cycles Oversee end-to-end review processes (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly), including communication, scheduling, and documentation Training and Support Collaborate with learning and development to develop training for managers and employees on how to conduct effective evaluations, give constructive feedback, and set SMART goals Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze performance data and trends to inform leadership decisions and identify opportunities for talent development Continuous Improvement Evaluate the effectiveness of the performance review system and recommend enhancements to drive engagement and accountability Compliance & Documentation Ensure proper documentation of evaluations and compliance with internal policies and external regulations Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation teams to align performance outcomes with development plans, promotions, and rewards Manage all employee surveys – 360, pulse survey, manager effectiveness, 180-day, annual evaluation, etc. Analyze and report on survey results Work with department managers to customize performance evaluations for each job to be able to give accurate, helpful feedback on job performance Other duties as assigned QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on performance management or employee development Strong understanding of performance evaluation tools, KPIs, and best practices Experience with HRIS or performance management software Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred Experience in change management and organizational development preferred Knowledge of 360-degree feedback systems and competency models preferred Working Conditions/Physical Requirements This position is on-site at a DAP Health clinic location with the possibility of hybrid This job operates in an office setting and requires frequent times of sitting, standing, repetitive motion and talking Ability to lift up to 24 pounds
