About the Role:

Fat Tuesday Sherman Oaks is looking for passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our kitchen crew in Sherman Oaks, CA! Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout each shift
Operate grills, fryers, sauté stations, and other kitchen equipment safely
Monitor food freshness, portion control, and plate presentation
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, timely service during high-volume periods
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations
Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (Food Handler's Card a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
