Job Purpose

The Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role manages frontline employees, coordinates workflow, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise production team members and assign tasks to meet daily output goals.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management or engineering as needed.
  • Train and coach employees on standard operating procedures and safety practices.
  • Maintain accurate production records and support shift handovers. 

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience
  • 3+ years of experience  

Skills

  • Leadership and team management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety protocols.
