Credentialed Veterinary Technician Lead
Location: 2780 Rasmussen Road, B6, Park City, UT 84098
Schedule: Full-time, 4 days a week, and every other half day on Saturday.

In the lead role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Â
Directing work flow on the floor
 Assists in the educational development of technicians and their skillsÂ
Technician SchedulingÂ
Assists in staffing and coverage where neededÂ
Assists in basic protocol and standard procedure trainingÂ
Provide opportunities for staff to gain more firsthand experience Mentoring technicians within the departmentÂ
Working with other leaders and doctors to develop protocols to improve the client and patient experience.
Ensure that VCA policies, guidelines, and recommendations are implemented by all members of the technical staff.Â
