Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 3:30 PM–Midnight
We are currently hiring a reliable and attentive Fire Watchman to join our team! Help maintain a safe work environment and monitor the property for potential fire hazards.
Responsibilities- Monitor the work area for signs of fire, smoke, sparks, or other potential hazards.
- Conduct regular inspections of designated areas throughout the shift.
- Remain alert and attentive at all times while on duty.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or potential fire hazards immediately.
- Follow all company safety procedures and fire-watch requirements.
- Maintain communication with supervisors and appropriate personnel regarding any concerns.
- Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or other safety-related situations.
- Complete required fire-watch logs and documentation.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous fire watch, security, construction, industrial, or safety experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions.
