About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Port Orchard Point S Tire & Auto Service as a Lube and Tire Tech! In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and running smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes and tire rotations efficiently and accurately.
- Replace and repair tires as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks and other maintenance needs.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate service recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- TIA certifications are a plus but not required.
