OVERVIEW
Must have an 
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Duration - 18 month contract position with potential to be extended or converted
W2 with full benefits, 5/40 Work Schedule
Customer and contract specific training will be required and provided.
Location - NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Pasadena, CA (onsite)

Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide office support to one or more individuals which involves purchasing; distributing information; receiving visitors; arranging travel, meetings, events and/or conferences; scheduling appointments; receiving, referring, or answering mail; setting up and maintaining files; answering and routing calls; creating letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and reports.

  • Composes and prepares moderately complex correspondences.
  • Routes mail inquiries as appropriate.
  • Processes and maintains sensitive information.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings and appointments for management.
  • Coordinates special events.
  • Prepares presentation and graphic materials.
  • Tracks an organization&s action items.
  • Participates in supporting project and/or peer reviews.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Solid MS Office/365 skills.
  • Initiative/follow-through.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent, succinct and professional verbal and written communications; ability to appropriately communicate at all levels from trades to VIPs.
  • Productive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment.
