Keep Manufacturing Running.

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance & Building Technician to join a growing precision manufacturing organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping production operations running safely and efficiently.

If you're the type of person who would rather be on the production floor diagnosing equipment than sitting behind a desk, we'd love to talk with you.

This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing equipment, plant utilities, building systems, and overall facility reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and production equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
  • Support CNC machining equipment and other production support systems.
  • Maintain plant utilities including HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, electrical, DI/RO water systems, and wastewater equipment.
  • Coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and facility maintenance.
  • Assist with equipment installations, machine moves, and facility improvement projects.
  • Maintain maintenance records using a CMMS or work order system.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts, filters, oils, and consumables.
  • Lead facility safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve workplace safety.
  • Help ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and facility safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance and documenting completed work.
  • Ability to read equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting one or more of the following is highly desirable:

  • CNC machining equipment
  • Precision manufacturing
  • Welding equipment
  • Cleanroom environments
  • Industrial air compressors
  • DI/RO water systems
  • Wastewater systems
  • HVAC systems
  • Forklift operation
  • Welding or fabrication
  • Safety committee leadership
  • Technical school, military technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent hands-on experience

Why Join Our Team?

You'll become part of a collaborative manufacturing organization where your expertise directly impacts production performance. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to solve real-world problems every day while working with modern manufacturing equipment and a supportive operations team.

If you're passionate about troubleshooting equipment, improving reliability, and supporting a high-performing manufacturing operation, we'd love to hear from you.
