The ideal candidate will take the time to listen to each patient’s needs, understand their lifestyle and visual requirements, and help them find the best eyewear solutions for their individual needs.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a warm, friendly, and caring personality
- Enjoys working directly with patients
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service
- Is knowledgeable and passionate about eyewear and lens options
- Can educate patients on their eyewear choices without being pushy
- Has strong communication and listening skills
- Is comfortable recommending frames, lenses, and lens enhancements based on the patient’s needs
- Pays attention to detail when taking measurements and placing eyewear orders
- Works well as part of a team
- Is dependable, professional, and positive
- Enjoys building relationships with patients and creating a great overall experience
