ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR POSITION
NAC International, a global provider in nuclear fuel cycle management solutions and consulting services, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Administrative Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills to support our team at our Peachtree Corners, GA headquarters. This is a hybrid remote position which offers flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Administrative Coordinator serves as a central resource for document control, records management for the Document Records Control Management (DCRM) group and administrative support activities throughout the organization. In this position, you will help ensure the accuracy, organization, and integrity of company records while supporting a variety of business functions across multiple departments. Responsibilities include maintaining document control processes and coordinating records management activities for DCRM, and providing administrative support for meetings, office operations, and special projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in technical documentation, licensing support, and records management while working closely with experienced professionals in the nuclear industry. Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic professional environment.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
You will be responsible for maintaining the Company's document control and records management processes, ensuring documents and records are accurately organized, tracked, stored, and distributed in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements. This includes managing document workflows, maintaining electronic records, supporting controlled distribution activities, and ensuring the integrity and accessibility of critical company information. In addition, you will provide occasional administrative support by assisting with meeting coordination, office operations, and other organizational activities as needed. As you grow in the role, you will have opportunities to expand your skills in technical documentation, licensing support, and technical editing while working alongside experienced professionals in these areas.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Document Control & Records Management (Primary Responsibilities)
- Organize, classify, index, process, and maintain Company records and documents in accordance with established DCRM procedures.
- Maintain systems for the filing, storage, tracking, retrieval, and controlled distribution of Company documents and records.
- Document lifecycle control by maintaining electronic document management and records databases.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, legibility, and compliance with document control requirements.
- Maintain duplicate files and records required for regulatory and business compliance purposes.
- Process and distribute Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and other controlled documents in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist with the storage, retrieval, and management of Company records maintained on-site and off-site.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate the shipment of reports, submittals, and other Company materials.
- Perform scanning, copying, indexing, and electronic filing activities to support DCRM operations.
Administrative Support ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling support, conference room preparation, audiovisual setup, meeting materials, and catering arrangements.
- Provide backup administrative support to other Company administrators as needed.
Technical Documentation Support (Growth Path)
- Provide administrative support to the Licensing team by organizing, formatting, compiling, and assembling technical documentation.
- Assist with document reviews, revision tracking, formatting, and quality checks of reports and licensing submittals.
- Maintain tracking logs and documentation status reports for technical documents and regulatory submissions.
- Develop proficiency in technical editing tools, document formatting standards, and licensing documentation requirements.
- Participate in cross-training activities to support future development opportunities within Document Control, Project Controls, and Technical Editing functions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in records management, document control, administrative support, or a related field.
- Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with enterprise AI assistants, effective prompting, critical evaluation of AI output. Experience designing repeatable AI workflows or prompt templates preferred.
- Working knowledge of an electronic document management system and of version and configuration control principles (EDMS/PLM platforms, SharePoint with content types and managed metadata, Documentum, OpenText, Windchill, or similar) preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Strong document formatting, proofreading, and attention to detail skills, preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
