JANITORIAL/CLEANING SERVICES
Provide professional janitorial and related services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned facilities. Ensure all tasks meet company quality standards and comply with safety guidelines.Â
Responsibilities shall include: Janitorial/Cleaning Person Skill Set:
• 1. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• 2. Dusting surfaces and fixtures.
• 3. Emptying trash bins and dispose in trash dumpsters.
• 4. Cleaning windows and frames.
• 5. Spot cleaning walls, spills, and stains.
• 6. Cleaning common areas, including stairs, hallways, breezeways.
This is a union position, eligible for benefits after 1 year
Requirements
• 1. Knowledge of cleaning/janitorial equipment: carts, vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbing machine,Â
mops, brooms, squeegees, use of PPE (gloves, goggles, masks).
• 2. Report maintenance issues (lights out, leaks, damage)
• 3. Soft Skills: Reliability, punctuality, attention to detail, positive attitude
