Job DetailsJob Location: IN, Pendleton - Pendleton Correctional Facility - PENDLETON, IN 46064Position Type: Full-TimeEducation Level: High School Diploma/GEDJob Shift: DayJob Category: Nursing Professional & SupportCenturion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.  We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to join our team at Pendleton Correctional Facility located in Pendleton, Indiana.  Pay Rate Range is $18-25/hour, depending on experience The Medical Assistant works under the direction of the RN or LPN and is responsible for monitoring patient vital signs, implementing orders for diagnostic lab test, and assisting the Physician with minor procedures. Additionally, responsibilities include recording EKGs, maintaining and cleaning medical equipment, and collecting data for Quality Improvement programs, as assigned.
