Occupational Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p
- Setting: Home Health

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Training patients to organize and safely track complex pill schedules
- Supporting memory, task sequencing, and problem-solving deficits
- Improving fine/gross motor skills, grip strength, and coordination
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Must have or be willing to obtain a BLS certification upon hire
- Must have a Master’s or Doctorate in an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Must have an active Arizona License to practice Occupational Therapy or be willing to obtain one upon hire
