Your Role & Impact
The RDA Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day direct oversight and supervision for back-office staff, ensuring that they work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high-quality health care. The RDA Supervisor is also responsible for leading, planning and organizing the daily and monthly functions of the team as well to ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification for Healthcare Providers from AHA
  • Infection Control Certificate
  • California Dental Practice Act Certificate
  • Current California Registered Dental Assistant License (Coronal Polish/Xray/Sealants/Pits and Fissures).
  • Graduate from a California Board approved RDA education program.
  • Current CA driver's license with reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a clean driving record for the last three years.
  • At least five (5) years’ experience as a Registered Dental Assistant in a high volume dental practice.
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ supervisor or lead experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, dental procedures, and dental operations and workflow.
  • Availability to work outside of normal shifts and on Saturdays.
     
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word and with electronic health record entry.
  • Bonus points if you’re bilingual (English/Spanish) or have community clinic experience!

The pay range for this role is $32.99 - $47.83
