Job DetailsJob Location: Stark ADS - Massillon, OH 44646Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $52,000.00 - $52,000.00 Salary/yearFull-Time | Monday - Friday day time schedule Siffrin is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Day Services Program Manager to lead and oversee our Adult Day Services and Transportation programs in Stark County. This leadership role oversees program operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, service quality, strategic planning, and community engagement, while ensuring exceptional support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of Adult Day Services and Transportation programs. Supervise, coach, and support program management and staff. Ensure compliance with agency policies, CARF standards, Ohio DODD regulations, and other applicable requirements. Develop, implement, and evaluate programs that support person-centered goals and community integration. Monitor documentation, program outcomes, safety procedures, and operational performance. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage employees. Analyze program data and transportation routes to improve efficiency and service delivery. Support budgeting, facility operations, supply management, and strategic planning initiatives. Promote program awareness through community outreach, marketing, and social media engagement. QualificationsRequired: Minimum age of 18. High School Diploma or GED. At least 5 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, 2 years in a leadership position. Valid ability to meet agency requirements for background checks and motor vehicle record reviews. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to collect, analyze, and use data to support decision-making and program improvement. Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Services, Rehabilitation, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Supervisory or program management experience. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to assist individuals with transfers, mobility, and personal care needs. Ability to operate a non-DOT vehicle in various weather conditions. Ability to bend, twist, reach, and use adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs and Hoyer lifts.
