About the Role:
We are adding Skilled Laborers to support field operations on water and wastewater construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting skilled trades with a variety of construction tasks, including pipe installation, concrete work, excavation, and general site support. This position is ideal for individuals with construction experience who are motivated, dependable, and willing to work in a hands-on field environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of construction experienceÂ
- Ability to perform physical labor in an outdoor construction environmentÂ
- Must have reliable transportationÂ
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a teamÂ
- Successful completion of drug screen, physical, and background checkÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in water or wastewater constructionÂ
- Experience working with pipe installation, concrete, and excavationÂ
- Familiarity with basic construction equipment and toolsÂ
- Willingness to travel as needed for projectsÂ
Responsibilities:
- Assist with rigging and handling of materials and equipmentÂ
- Support installation of piping systems including ductile iron, PVC, copper, and steelÂ
- Assist with pipe testing and layout activitiesÂ
- Support formwork construction, rebar placement, and concrete pouring and finishingÂ
- Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks as neededÂ
- Assist with excavation, backfill, and site preparationÂ
- Operate basic equipment such as forklifts, small backhoes, and aerial liftsÂ
- Support demolition and site cleanup activitiesÂ
- Unload, organize, and store materials on siteÂ
- Work alongside skilled trades to support daily field operationsÂ
- Follow all safety procedures and jobsite expectationsÂ

- Ability to bend, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasksÂ
- Ability to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditionsÂ
Shift Schedule:
- Full-time positionÂ
- Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with start times based on jobsite needsÂ
- Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on project demandsÂ
