UNIT: Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) REPORTS TO: CUA Case Management Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt STATUS: Fulltime 聽 THE ORGANIZATION: Net Community Care is a division of Northeast Treatment Services (NET), a non-profit organization serving the Philadelphia region. As a designated Community Umbrella Agency (CUA) for the Department of Human Services, Net Community Care operates CUA1 and CUA7, providing comprehensive child welfare services focused on safety, permanency, and family well-being. Grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural humility, Net Community Care works to stabilize families, support youth development, and ensure children can grow in safe, nurturing, and permanent homes. The organization is committed to strengthening communities through collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. 聽 SUMMARY: Case Manager applicants must have a strong understanding of child welfare protective services and the needs of high-risk, vulnerable families. Client families are referred by the Department of Human Services due to concerns related to parenting skills, safety, and the ability to maintain children in a safe and stable environment. In this role, the Case Manager partners with families to strengthen parenting practices, enhance protective capacities, and create a nurturing home environment that promotes child safety, well-being, and permanency. QualificationsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 路 A bachelor鈥檚 level in Human Services, BSW preferred 路 Two years case management experience involving youth 路 Knowledge of child and family service systems 路 Valid Driver鈥檚 License (issued by state in which employee lives) and safe driving record and proof of insurance coverage 路 Experience with computers beneficial 路 Knowledge of social work values and/or child welfare services.
