Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

• $1,200–$1,500 average weekly earnings
• $2,000–$4,000+ per week for top performers
• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential
• New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires

What You'll Do

• Connect directly with Philadelphia-area homeowners and introduce them to renewable energy solutions
• Educate customers about renewable energy programs and potential savings
• Present solutions using MPower's proven sales process
• Guide qualified customers through enrollment
• Achieve daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• No sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with people face-to-face
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
