Medical Operations Manager – Philadelphia, PA

Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives on building a culture of teamwork, safety, accountability, and respect?

 

The IMA Group is seeking a Medical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Philadelphia office and help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive workplace environment.In this role, you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations, staffing levels, equipment maintenance, and facility needs.
  • Implement and monitor office procedures while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.
  • Support quality, safety, reliability, and compliance initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop staff while promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and assist with HR-related functions as needed.
  • Coordinate monthly staff meetings and ensure required training is completed.
  • Review and interpret operational reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective performance.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma with continuing education courses required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree and management training preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operations and management; 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to foster a collaborative, professional, and respectful workplace culture.
