Syndication Sales Support Specialist

Position Summary
The Syndication Sales Support Specialist provides administrative, operational, and relationship management support to the Director of Syndication and Capital Markets team. This role is responsible for coordinating equipment finance transactions, maintaining partner communications, managing documentation and reporting, and supporting the overall syndication process from opportunity review through funding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working across multiple departments and external funding partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Syndication in managing equipment finance transactions and syndication opportunities.
- Coordinate the collection, review, and organization of customer financial information and supporting documentation.
- Prepare transaction packages for review by syndication partners and internal stakeholders.
- Track transaction status, funding timelines, stipulations, and documentation requirements through completion.
- Support the syndication funding process and ensure all required documentation is received and processed accurately.
- Assist with onboarding new syndication partners and maintaining partner records.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for syndication partners regarding transaction status, documentation requirements, and process inquiries.
- Maintain professional and proactive communication with internal departments including Credit, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners to support positive business outcomes.
- Respond promptly and accurately to partner questions regarding programs, processes, and transaction requirements.
- Assist in resolving transaction issues and escalating concerns as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of syndication activity, transaction pipelines, partner communications, and funding status within Salesforce and other systems.
- Ensure proper document retention and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support data integrity efforts and maintain accurate syndication partner profiles.
- Develop a strong understanding of equipment finance products, syndication structures, and funding partner requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of transaction pricing, program parameters, and portfolio acquisition criteria.
- Utilize quote and pricing tools while ensuring information is current and accurate.
Qualifications
- B.S. degree or 2+ years of experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, sales support, operations, syndication support
- Experience supporting multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business applications preferred.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary Range:
$45,250.00 - $74,338.75Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
