A Brief Overview
Responsible for the efficient pulling, packing and processing of patient care orders to facilitate accurate and timely delivery of home care services, supplies, equipment and medications to meet patient care needs. Responsible for the manufacturing of all home care transfill oxygen and completion of all FDA documentation to maintain accurate lot number tracking and manufacturing licensure.
What you will do
- Pick, stage, process, package, document and prepare for delivery or shipping all patient orders accurately and timely to meet patient care needs. Coordinate with Operations Manager, Dispatch Coordinator and home care team to ensure patient orders are processed accurately and timely to facilitate delivery of equipment, medication, and supplies for home care patients
- Manufacture home care transfill oxygen per regulatory guidelines to provide safe and timely oxygen distribution. Complete all FDA required documentation for accurate oxygen lot number tracking and manufacturing licensure
- Maintain neat, clean, safe, and secure work environment, warehouse facility, in accordance with all CHHC/CHOP policy and procedures and all accrediting and regulatory agencies and guidelines
- Adhere to all warehouse operations and documentation requirements in accordance with all CHHC/CHOP policy and procedures and all accrediting and regulatory guidelines.
- Process dirty equipment/DME/HME per cleaning and disinfecting policy
- Assemble and repair DME/HME per manufacturer guidelines
- Performs Non-CDL home care deliveries and completes all documentation to meet patient needs, regulatory requirements/CHHC policy and procedures, and operational efficiency
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED - Required
Experience Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience - Preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to operate a company vehicle and/or be insured on a CHOP policy.
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License - Department of Motor Vehicles - upon hire - Required

SALARY RANGE:
$21.05 - $26.35 HourlySalary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
