Compensation

Starting Pay: $47 - $52/hr based on experience
Hygiene Bonus Program: Additional earning potential monthly

Schedule:

Monday and Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday and Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday | 7:00 AM - 2:00pm
Enjoy No weekends every week!

Responsibilities

Your Impact as a Dental Hygienist

As a vital clinical partner, you will elevate patient health by providing preventive care, education, and a seamless clinical experience. Your responsibilities include:

Reviewing and updating X‑rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
Educating patients on oral health and the mouth‑body connection
Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

✅ Required Qualifications:

At least 2+ years' experience as a Dental Hygiene experience
Active AZ license in good standing
Warm and Friendly personalities welcomed!

Preferred Qualifications:

Laser certifed but not required
