This role is based in the Phoenix metropolitan area and currently supports three Arizona shops and two DFW shops, with additional growth anticipated in Arizona. This multi-unit leadership role is responsible for developing General Managers, driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while achieving strong business results across two distinct markets. Important Notes Location and Travel Expectations: This role is based in the Phoenix metropolitan area and requires regular travel among our Arizona shop locations, along with recurring travel to Dallas-Fort Worth. Additional travel may be required based on operational needs, new shop openings, and company events.
