Position Overview
We are looking for dependable and energetic Event Setup Staff to support promotional events and in-person brand activations. This is an on-site position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up promotional areas before events
- Prepare event spaces so they are clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support team members during event activities
- Help maintain organized promotional areas throughout events
- Assist with breaking down event displays after activities conclude
- Follow event setup guidelines and safety procedures
- Work efficiently as part of a team
- Provide general support during promotional events as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with hands-on event setup
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions carefully
- Must be available for on-site work in Phoenix
