Job Description: 

As a Finance Settlement and Supply Chain Analyst, you will serve as a key financial professional within the Construction Division Finance team, supporting both operational excellence and strategic decision making. You will own settlement analysis and reporting processes, ensuring accurate cost allocation and strong financial controls across projects.


In this role, you will play an active part in month end closing, forecasting, and POR activities, while partnering closely with project, supply chain, and central finance teams. You will also support contract approval and financial review processes within your assigned region, developing deep expertise in regional commercial structures and consumption drivers.


This position requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment. You will act as the go to finance expert for your region, contributing to business decisions, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Basic understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, manage priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or co-op experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Construction, Manufacturing, or Project Management environments

  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related analytical role

  • Exposure to forecasting, reporting, month-end close, or financial planning processes

  • Experience working with large datasets and financial systems

  • Interest in capital projects, construction finance, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
