About the Role: 
We are seeking a dedicated ELA & Math Interventionist to provide targeted academic support for students in grades 5–10 for one of our school site in Phoenix, AZ. This is an hourly/salary based position, offering full‑time hours with compensation aligned to experience. The teacher will deliver small‑group and individualized instruction to strengthen literacy and math skills, while collaborating with classroom teachers to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intervention support in English Language Arts and Mathematics.
  • Develop and implement instructional strategies aligned with student needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote achievement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student growth.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Valid Arizona teaching certification (required).
  • Experience providing academic interventions in middle and high school settings preferred.
