Infrastructure Project Coordinator / Right-of-Way Project Manager – Phoenix Local Candidates – W2

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field

The experience we place:

  • 3-5+ years managing or coordinating right-of-way, utility, pipeline, water, wastewater, transportation, or municipal infrastructure projects
  • Stakeholder coordination: utility owners, public agencies, contractors, field crews
  • Permitting, easements, utility records, 811 coordination, or land acquisition exposure a plus
  • PE certification a plus, not required
