Celtic Property Management is looking for a hands-on, fast-paced Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership at The Reserve at Thunderbird. This is not a sit-back role we need a working leader who can jump in, lead a 3-person maintenance team, and drive results.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and work alongside a 3-person maintenance team
- Oversee and complete unit turns within tight timelines
- Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and correctly
- Maintain property systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
- Delegate, train, and hold your team accountable daily
- Maintain curb appeal, safety standards, and overall property performance
- Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance operations
- Respond to on-call emergencies when needed
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification required
- Must own your own tools and be ready to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team player who leads by example—not from an office
