We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our growing Phoenix team. This is an entry-level, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, representing brands, and being part of a fast-paced promotional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with in-person promotional campaigns and community events
- Welcome customers and create positive interactions
- Explain products, services, and current promotions to customers
- Support promotional activities at retail locations and special events
- Help prepare promotional materials and event displays
- Assist with setting up and breaking down promotional areas
- Work alongside the team to achieve daily campaign goals
- Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all assigned events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous marketing experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work on-site in Phoenix
