Media Specialist

The primary purpose of the Media Specialist position is to support strategic media planning and campaign management across all paid marketing campaigns including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, Google, Programmatic Display, Video and Traditional Media. The Media Specialist will also ensure internal collaboration by working with internal stakeholders on identifying campaign goals, strategy and tactics.  

The ideal candidate should also understand complex paid media concepts and be able to explain and report on them to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.

• Traffic paid media assets to our agency partner(s) and outside vendors
• Submit monthly paid media job starts to support go-to-market messaging
• Tracking and maintain monthly marketing budgets
• Handling monthly purchase orders and invoices
• Working with internal marketing team and leadership in supporting strategy and executing campaigns
• Create and deploy relevant audience segments to ensure campaigns are targeting first time and repeat Sprouts customers
• Supporting the measurement and reporting on relevant KPIs and ROI for all paid marketing campaigns including wins and provide insights to continue to drive and improve traffic and CAC
• Participate in the review, consideration and onboarding of new advertising platforms or partnerships
• Identify and share out relevant paid digital trends and insights

• Bachelor's degree
• Agency experience, not required, but preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience managing paid digital campaigns in Google Search, DV360, Google Shopping/PLA Ads, Meta, and Programmatic Display Ads
• 1-2 years in local digital marketing
• 1-2 years managing monthly invoicing and payment process
• Current Google Analytics and Ads and Meta Blueprint Certification (Preferred)
• Ability to think high-level about product strategy and vision
• Dynamic, flexible, hardworking, curious and highly organized
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to justify strategic actions with metrics
• Self-driven, goal-oriented attitude. Must thrive in a face-paced environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and determine priorities
• The ability to communicate technical concepts and relate them to overall business strategy
• A passion for and understanding paid media technologies and their role in marketing brands
