Job Summary:
Supports manufacturing and production operations by performing shipping, receiving, and material handling activities. Ensures accurate, safe, and timely movement of materials to support production workflows and project delivery. Contributes to operational efficiency by coordinating material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and identifying and communicating issues that may impact production or delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Operates forklifts and material-handling equipment to safely move, stage, and organize materials within the facility and yard.
Loads outgoing materials and unloads incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against documentation and resolving or escalating discrepancies.
Uses saws, hand tools, and shipping equipment to prepare materials for shipment in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
Coordinates with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are stored, staged, and delivered to appropriate locations to support production schedules.
Maintains accurate shipping and receiving records, including documentation of materials, quantities, and movement.
Identifies material, inventory, or process issues that may impact operations and communicates with appropriate team members to support resolution.
Maintains clean, organized, and safe work areas and ensures compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:
2–4+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling environments, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience operating forklifts or material-handling equipment required.
Experience supporting shipping, receiving, or inventory processes.
