Job SummaryÂ
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.Â
Responsibilities
- Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. Â
- Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals.Â
- Ensures safety guidelines and work practices. Â
- Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members.Â
- Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute
Qualifications
Special SkillsÂ

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential. Â

Minimum RequirementsÂ
Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing schoolÂ
Certifications:Â
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of ArizonaÂ
BLS required at hireÂ
ACLS required within 30-days.Â

Education: BSNÂ
