Job Overview

The Project Manager, Foam & Coating Systems leads SUNVEK's foam and coating segment end to end. This is a leadership role, not just a job-running role. You own production output, crew performance, material cost, and quality for every SPF and coating project we sell. You will build the schedule, manage the crews, control the spend, and stand behind the finished product. As the segment grows, you build the bench that grows with it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the production schedule for all foam and coating work. Sequence jobs to keep crews full and customers on date.
  • Manage field crews day to day. Set expectations, hold the standard, and coach performance.
  • Order and stage materials. Control waste, track usage against estimate, and keep job costs inside budget.
  • Verify substrate conditions, moisture readings, and thickness before, during, and after application.
  • Run job completion walkthroughs with the customer. Close punch items fast.
  • Enforce safety on every site. Own OSHA compliance, fall protection, and chemical handling protocols.
  • Coordinate with sales and estimating so scope, price, and field reality match before work starts.
  • Maintain documentation in ServiceTitan. Photos, notes, change orders, and job costing stay current.
  • Recruit, train, and develop foam and coating crew members as the segment scales.
Qualifications

  • 4 years roofing experience and 3 years managing foam roofing installations
  • Working knowledge of SPF application, coating systems, and manufacturer specifications
  • Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a huge plus
  • Proven safety record and knowledge of OSHA standards
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior military service in a construction or engineering related MOS
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with Arizona's local building codes and regulations
  • Manufacturer certifications from a major SPF or coating supplier
