Job Summary |
The Vice President of Human Resources demonstrates executive style leadership and provides expert support in the development and execution of the agency’s strategic plans. The Human Resources Director coordinates services through the Human Resources staff, ensuring the efficient administration and management of the Human Resource functions to provide departments the personnel guidance, and support necessary to achieve their goals and objectives. This position assists in developing, implementing and evaluating HR policies, programs, functions and activities to ensure compliance with all relevant governing documents. |
