Position Overview
As a Pediatric SLP with Jewels Therapy Clinic, you'll deliver meaningful therapy to children ranging from infancy through the early school years, guiding them toward stronger speech and language skills. You'll work hand-in-hand with families and other healthcare providers to build well-rounded, supportive treatment experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in pediatric patients
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans
• Lead engaging and effective therapy sessions
• Partner with families and medical providers to ensure consistent, coordinated care
• Monitor and document patient progress on an ongoing basis
• Equip families with coaching and tools to support progress at home
• Keep up with current research and evolving best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active Maryland SLP license
• Reliable ability to commute to Baltimore, MD
• Solid grasp of pediatric speech and language disorders
• Strong assessment, communication, and treatment skills

Preferred:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• At least 1 year of pediatric experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with weekend availability; flexible hours (15–40 hours/week); in-person role
