You will identify new client opportunities, pitch our management services to HOA/Condo boards, and navigate the RFP process from initial contact to contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with communities considering a change in management.

  • Board Presentations: Lead prospective client meetings and board presentations to understand community needs and communicate CAS's management solutions.

  • RFP Management: Coordinate, write, and submit detailed requests for proposals (RFPs) and bids.

  • Relationship Building: Network with local real estate developers, builders, and industry vendors.

  • Contract Negotiation: Close new management agreements to meet quarterly and annual growth targets.

  • Account Transition: Partner with operations and management teams to ensure a seamless transition and onboarding of new communities.

Who you are

  • A consultative growth professional: You excel at identifying communities that need a new management partner, uncovering Board priorities, and positioning tailored HOA and condominium management solutions.

  • A confident relationship builder and presenter: You build trusted networks with Board members, developers, builders, and industry partners, and can lead compelling client meetings and Board presentations.

  • A disciplined deal owner: You manage the full business-development cycle—from prospecting and RFP creation through contract negotiation, closing, and a smooth operational handoff—while delivering against growth targets.

Experience

  • 3+ years in property management sales, real estate, or B2B business development.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, with familiarity with community association management systems including FrontSteps/Caliber and related industry technology preferred

  • Ability to attend evening board meetings and local networking events.

  • Solid understanding of HOA operations, community association bylaws, and North Carolina statutes.

  • Superior public speaking, presentation, and contract negotiation skills.
