About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maritime Cook to join our Offshore Aviation vessel fleet. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality meals and maintaining galley operations to support crew wellbeing in an offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve daily meals for crew and passengers.
- Develop menus that meet dietary and nutritional needs.
- Manage inventory, provisioning, and stock levels.
- Maintain the galley's cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor food usage and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate records of supplies and consumption.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in offshore, maritime, or remote environments.
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (or equivalent).
- Food Safety Certification.
- Ability to work rotational offshore schedules.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
