About the Job

As a Production Operator, you will work as part of a team operating our coating and finishing production lines. You'll inspect parts for quality, load and unload parts, complete production paperwork, and communicate with your team about any issues.

This is a hands-on manufacturing job that requires you to stay active and on your feet throughout your shift. It's a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience, learn manufacturing skills, and build a strong work history.

What You'll Do

  • Be ready and prepared to work at your assigned location at your scheduled start time
  • Visually inspect parts for defects and quality issues
  • Load and unload parts from racks and/or load bars
  • Scan parts and accurately complete work tickets
  • Identify and report quality, packaging, rack, or production problems to your supervisor
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Communicate with the previous and following shifts about production concerns
  • Follow all safety procedures and required PPE requirements
  • Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • No previous manufacturing experience required—we will train you

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active manufacturing position. Employees must be able to:

  • Stand for extended periods, potentially up to 100% of the shift
  • Frequently use hands, fingers, and arms to handle parts and materials
  • Bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, push, and pull
  • Repetitively lift and/or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more, depending on the task
  • Work with racks and parts that may require lifting at or above shoulder/head level

Applicants must be able to safely perform the essential physical functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
